Instruction:
Step 1: After filling with your ingredients, make sure to place the separator insert on the base with the two small handles side up
 
Step 2: Before closing the cover, make sure the handles of the seal are perfectly aligned with the handles of the base. Press the cover downwards to close. Microwave and enjoy
 
Step 3: To open the seal, push down the handles while holding both handles of the bowl. Always push down first on one side, then on the other side
